FBP employs no set standard criteria for selecting companies which we will take public and invest in. We typically use the following as guidelines to determine which companies are most suitable:
| • Annual growth rate of 20% or more • Annual revenues of USD$5 million or more • Solid management team • High growth industry or a market leader in a stable industry • A well written business plan • US GAAP auditable financial statements |
Ideal partners have the following characteristics:
| • Experienced and competent management team that intends to go public • Companies that currently have a product or service and want to expand its business • A product or service that is capable of rapid growth in an attractive sector, with strong "Blue Sky" opportunity • A current minimum valuation of US$5 million |
